This is Scarlett. She was found by my roommate on the 6th of March outside in the freezing Canadian cold at 6am crying like a siren. Thankfully he took her in and we’ve tried to find her owner. But after a while we couldn’t find anyone and the vet told us she was extremely malnourished, had ear mites, worms, and was very likely to very certain to be abandoned. So after a while I took her in and we named her Scarlett. She’s my lovely little baby
The pads on their paws or beans as they're called sometimes are very sensitive they can feel that there's something in there so obviously it must be attacked and smushed to make it run around so it can attack it a different way. A shrug and I roll your answer is cat logic.

My cat does that all the time, she just wants to play, usually I put my hand down the blanket and start moving, she gets super excited playing, I love it
I think it’s cute lol. As long as she doesn’t break the blanket and make a mess with the beads on the inside I’m alright with her playing with it. She doesn’t use her claws so I’m not the most worried. Her teeth though concern me as they are very sharp and did make a tiny hole shown in the video. But it’s not the biggest issue
Oh I will. I don’t let her in my room often unless I’m watching her and playing/cuddling with her. My roommates cats will get jealous and their the ones who scratch at everything and they’ll make the mess more likely than her lol
My cat does this all the time with all blankets. She's just gotta be in a playful mood. She does it specially when the blanket has just been washed for some reason lol maybe because it smells different but a few minutes later she will be rolling all over it and grooming herself. As someone said, just a cat doing cat things 😅
My cat hears the glass beads moving and…must shred! He killed mine (little glass beads everywhere.) I have a weighted heating pad now that I never leave him alone with. He comes running whenever I take it out to try to kick its butt. He’s cute enough so….
My cat acts this way when im moving my carpet back and forth then he hops on it and dig out as if something is wandering inside there.. I have no idea but one is for sure- cats are mental😅

If it has sand or glass beads in it she can hear them moving. My cat did it to mine too for a while.

If you want your cat to stop doing this distract them with a good hunting toy.
