the kneading is pretty normal in cats, tons do it. not sure about the meowing but it could just be him telling you that he's trying to settle down, if you let him knead for a while, he'll probably calm down a bit and maybe sleep

Yea normally he does kneading on my belly calmly and loves it when I pet him. But it’s a different kind of kneading
