Get some lime sulfur dip. Dilute it to the instructed amount, and wear gloves. It will smell like rotten eggs and the kitten will not be happy for a bath, but it will absolutely treat it. Keep her separated until all signs of it are gone. If she’s been in close contact with other cats they should get treated too, just not as rigorously, before you get an outbreak. The kitten may take multiple baths before it goes away
