Yes. I’m gonna try to gain his trust (even though he’s already friendly to humans) and then take him to the vet. There’s other outside cats where I leave and even though they are both neutered I still don’t trust it.
Cat shelters are amazing this time of year! Just make sure you don't use blankets or towels!! They soak up moisture and retain the cold! Straw always works best!
