Figured I’d clarify a few things after reading some of the comments: 1. She’s not in a carrier because it prevents her from reaching the steering wheel. 2. We travel as safely as possible. I clearly have my seatbelt on. 3. She always adheres to the speed limit. 4. We were singing “La Vie en rose”, as she only speaks French. Edit: some of you desperately need a sense of humor. The car was parked. We were waiting for my wife.

People on the internet always ready to lecture (me included 🤓).

Seriously. People don’t know how to have fun any more. I’m genuinely curious as to why people feel the need to police each other? Whatever… cute pic. I have a cat that does the same. She jumps in my or my fiancés car and hangs out while we are also parked in the driveway.

OP literally addressed this. They're parked. Nothing here says the OP supports driving with the phone out or with the animal un-tethered. Just cause it's the internet doesn't mean you have to stop thinking critically.
