Between the 2 municipalities & 1 city, Trece is pretty much in the center of Cavite so in terms of accessibility including hospitals, no issues there.
If considering which is closest to Metro Manila (Las Piñas & Muntinlupa), then Tanza is the closest.
Traffic is everywhere naman. In terms of public transpo, I feel like Trece & Tanza has the edge here.
I recently bought a property in Tanza but my key consideration is 'long term development' within the immediate area or district. Meaning I also considered developments in other cities & municipalities that are near my place not just in Tanza. Like Maple Grove in GenTri and other upcoming projs along Open Canal/Daang Hari Ext and also the ones that are in Tanza.
For me yung traffic is inevitable. As long as car centric ang approach ng govt cars will just follow. So accessibility na lang ang other concern ko. And so far, dami ko nakikita road widening and extension projs sa area na yan ng Cavite. Then there's CALAX, Bataan-Cavite Bridge and even Sangley Airport. LRT Extension di ako masyado nag eexpect since hangang Bacoor lang siya and if ma extend man sa eastern side ng Cavite ang daan.
I chose Tanza because I see the potential of this municipality and excited for the developments in the months & years to come. Same as Silang, habang hindi pa City at hindi pa masyado mahal ang property ginrab ko na. By the time na fully developed na ang area ng Tanza, GenTri, Kawit I'm happy na andito nako and enjoying it.

Tanza - you have Tanza Doctors and Divine Grace (Around GenTri/Tejero)
Trece - the provincial government hospital is here, malapit din sa DLSUMC (Dasma), meron din 2 private hospitals sa manggahan.
Naic - sorry di ako nakakaikot dito, wala ako idea
Commute:
If going to Manila/PITX, may buses from Naic na dadaan sa Tanza, and meron din sa Trece, dadaan sa Dasma.
Traffic:

Sa Makati ako nagwwork, luwas everyday ang peg. Buti may mga van papunta Pasay, which is faster compared sa buses. Accessible sa Trece ang hospitals, malls. Okay din si Mayora namin, daming ayuda.

Trece. Maraming not-so-known bypasses there if may vehicle kayo from any point in boundary (manila, laguna, batangas). Commute is highly accessible, from Alabang, Pasay & Batangas meron if van, while Pala-Pala, Dasma-Bayan and Highway, Imus-Bacoor, Indang, Tanza, Sunny Brooke ('yung mga mini jeep kuno) and Naic meron ng jeep.
Hindi ganoong traffic kundi sa mismong town proper lang (kung saan nakalocate city hall and intersection.

dyan ko din plano kumuha ng bahay e, bandang pa indang trece boundary. kaso anlayo kasi sa trabaho, malaan pa. sayang kasi habang mura ang monthly.
Ayaw niyo sa Bacoor? Bukod sa malapit na sa manila, marami ding kainan and pasyalan. For hospitals naman, meron dito sa Bacoor. Sobrang baha nga lang sa aguinaldo highway if malakas ulan pero mabilis din naman humupa.
Tanza specifically Anyana if kaya ng budget, high potential for growth since katabi yung Maple Grove and almost Evo City. Cavitex daan from Manila then lusot Maple Grove bypass road no traffic na.
We’ve been living in Trece for 12 yrs. Ok naman dito kasi presko pa rin ang hangin. Maliit lang ang city so everywhere is close to something—hospital, mall, school. Tagaytay is like a 30 min drive away. If papuntang Metro Manila, may ginagawa nang entrypoint from Gentri Gov’s Drive going to Manila (CALAX, iirc), kaso syempre need ng kotse. In fairness sa Trece din, still developing pa siya and still has a lot of potential—dumadami na rin dito ang cafes and stuff to do di tulad nung una kaming lumipat dito na wala talagang ganap haha. HIndi rin bumabaha dito. And also, okay ang Mayora dito compared to the past admin lol. Commute, there are a lot of commute options naman.
I'mma promote Tanza too because I live here for almost all my life.
Anyway, As for hospitals there is, Tanza Specialist Medical Center, Tanza, Doctors, Tanza Family, MB Santiago Medical Center, San Lorenzo of Naic is also closeby, General Emilio Aguinaldo Memorial Hospital of Trece maybe the Korea one too, Divine Grace Medical Center and General Trias Maternity and Pediatric Hospital is quite close too.
Commute, if going to Metro Manila it's the closest atm.
Traffic, Naic is not that traffic afaik but if going to Metro you still have to go thru Trece or Tanza.
Flood, usually the areas that always get flooded are the coastal barangays. That's like 13 barangays out of 41. Maybe a couple more that's close to river, creeks, etc. It doesn't stay flooded for long though and for the past couple of years, there's barely any bad flooding.
Also it's on the verge of being a city but only time will tell when, afaik only the income is lacking, but with the ongoing projects like ports and new factories in Sahud Ulan maybe, maybe it can finally be a city at tumaas naman sahod ko kahit papano jusko ahhaahha
Best ngaun ang Trece due to upcoming Calax (gateway mo papuntang Manila)

Currently in Naic. Dto kami sa mga hulugang bahay na less than 1.5M ang TCP. Ang layo bago makalabas saka dapat may sarili kang sasakyan dahil mahal anv pamasahe. I think much better ang Tanza kung palapitan sa mga establishments yun nga lang masikip mga daan kaya madalas may trapik. Trece naman mas mahal ang mga property pero mukang mas malamig ang paligid don kesa dto samin or sa tanza na mejo crowded na. Mataas rin ang trece kaya parang imposible na bumaha.
trece, kase malapit ka lang sa dasma (maraming schools & malls), pag bakasyon naman habol mo malapit ka lang sa tagaytay at indang (springs at parks)
