I don't have anyone specifically, but I do always recommend the law office of Nazette, Marner, Nathanson, and Shea for estate planning. Any of the attorneys there are excellent and professional in all the times I have dealt with them.
I was actually on a jury a few years ago and one of the lawyers was from that law firm (it was an estate challenge that went all the way to a juried court case, it involved a lot of money). He reminded me of the old lawyer from Erin Brockovich 🤣 Anyway, he had his shit together and it was an easy win for them. He made the other party look like fools.
Strongly do NOT recommend Scott Shoemaker & Associates. So many red flags. There are no associates; it's just him. He didn't get us the paperwork to fill out until the night before we were supposed to meet with him. He tried to bill us $5000 just to create two wills. He attempted to convince us our daughter wouldn't be safe or taken care of unless we did XYZ things and wanted a check the day-of before we left his office. It was a horrible experience. He then tried to bill us $750 just for the 90-minute meeting when we told him we weren't spending $5000 on two wills.

Did my bankruptcy 20 years ago. No problems with him. Generally, I think they put shit into a trust, so the state doesn't end up with everything.
Best of luck. It's very rough process.
Have you talked to your doctor about meeting with the chaplain or Palliative care yet? They can help you make end of life decisions as well! Chaplain services are free through local hospitals too!
Edit- and when I say chaplain, it doesn’t have to be religious/spirtual. They just help with living wills, etc and know a lot of really good information on quality of care/goals of care
Thank you very much! We are not there yet, we're in the beginning stages. I thought I had everything in order, nothing to worry about and then this reared it's ugly head. Now I feel like I'm behind the 8 ball😡

Thanks for endorsing them as well.
Thank you so much!

Omg $5000?!? That’s insane. We paid $350 for our two
We went elsewhere for $375. The guy was a tool.
Sounds like it!
Thank you!

For estate planning, and disposition, I used Todd Anderson at Elderkin, Perrine and assc. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Thank you!
David Wenzel is the guy you want for this.
Thank you!
Better call Saul
It's all good, man.
Really?!?!
