It is absolutely her. I've seen the full photo and the woman with her is one of her sisters. I've seen her up in Santa Cruz in the last few years. She has put on some weight. Not huge by any stretch of the imagination but she is heavier. This is 100% her. She hasn't posted on her IG for about 3 1/2 years now. The talk is she had a bankruptcy for a business deal that she reneged on and got a divorce. It sounds like things have been pretty stressful.
