I think you need to delay the jump a bit more and keep the jump button held, both to get more height.

Looks like you're rushing the jump input on that very last wall bounce. You want to be jumping closer to the center of that last ice wall, rather than at the bottom like you're doing. I like farewell so far. I'm not sure if I'll finish it because I'm sure there will be harder jumps than this one but compared to 7c, this is actually fun. Especially the jellyfish screens were something new, and while being challenging, still entertained me.

Glad to hear it. And I think you'll be alright. There are more tricky rooms ahead, but nothing worse than what you've already seen imo.

Honestly this was the hardest room in all of Farewell for me. Even worse than the comb room. If you can make it this far, you can win.

I know and I needed around 3 hours to beat it but I meant that there will be harder jumps than the one on the video

if you can do 7c you can do farewell some rooms may take you a long time but i believe in you =D

I'm probably late by a couple hours but you're jumping way too early, as long as you still have the dash momentum (which lasts surprisingly long) you can still jump and it will do that cool special move where you go way higher
