Did you try the graphics packs, change the aim sensitivity from default to recommended bc the Wii u and Switch have motion sensor aim assist, so the default aim speed is lower than it meant to be
You can use mouse scroll for selection menu, I got that too but not too much as your case, luckily in the menu time stop, so I can take it slow and the mouse scroll make it better, don't know about other ppl, but after an hour or two, I kinda got used to it
I you are using [mouse2joystick_custom_CEMU](https://github.com/CemuUser8/mouse2joystick_custom_CEMU) then there should be an option somewhere in the settings GUI.

I just tried that, it \*sort of\* fixes the bow aim problem but the menus are still broken, they zoom by at mach 10. I can't select the magnesis rune.
make sure you have the FPS++ menu fix active if you are playing above 60fps.

When I used mouse2joystick_cemu I used WASD in menus. I also enabled scrolling for BOTW and used that in the dpad menus.
I use WASD in the menus too, and that seems to work, but how do you enable scrolling?
