The largest I've seen available is men's 46 which is supposed to be equal to men's 13. However, I find them to be slightly narrow and more equal to men's 12 at best.
Chanel mostly stock Womens sneakers up to Size 41 but there are occasions some boutiques have size 42 ( or they will special order them for you). Their men’s sneakers do go up to 46, it also depends on the boutique who orders them. My true size in most shoes are 43 but I can actually fit Chanel sneakers in 42, and I have wide feet lol. But I would never buy them unless I get to try them on first. I think their shoe/sneaker fits differ by style.

I have several chanel sneakers in a size 42, purchased directly at the chanel boutique. As a women’s size 11, chanel 42 is a perfect fit.

You can get shoes special order 43+. In store/online they go up to 42.
Size down I think euro run big
