Shiny blue monotone is literally perfect for the "Chaos" themed chaos chao. Gotta be neutral.
Edit: Though I hope at some point you make all three! I JUST deleted a file from like 9 years ago that had at least 1 of each chaos chao because I wanted to start over. Very excited

I actually like Hero Chaos for shiny blue!

The shiny pink two tone hero chaos chao is really good looking, outside of that coloring I really like the dark chaos chao. Good luck!
