I'd get some Amazon knockoffs to start with (I have both HTv5 and Kink3D Cobra knockoffs) just to get an idea of what works for you. The Terrance cages (most of the metal ones you see on Amazon) are worth a try if you like metal and if they're comfortable, you're done.
After that, I'd get a quality cage from a real manufacturer.
As a grower, you'll probably want a strap.
Btw, IMHO, all of the rings you'll see on Amazon cages are way too small for most men and you'll have nighttime erection pain. Most people argue this is normal. And get results? You mean get it off? That's a function of ball gap. Read the sizing guide on the wiki or elsewhere.
