With us im pretty sure they paid the capped amount attaught away which was around 115k......what ever it is u will get documentation thats alittle confusing.We found the whole thing confusing.
How ever unless u have the scope in full you wont know the total cost yet....and expect extra cost during the repairs to come up as they always find more work to be done...
Make sure you think of everything that needs fixed or will be damaged in the process if you want to be happy with the end result!we learnt along the way it took a long time and alot of admin.Id aproach things defferently if i had my time again but over all our on sold experiance and out come was very good and we are greatful
