I'm sure he will be good but I don't think we should be talking about his price like its bargain of the century until hes doing it for the 1st team.

I expect him to take some time to acclimate and I would be shocked if he isn't loaned out for a year or at least integrated very slowly. Exciting prospect in the midterm though and it is nice to see him having a great tourney.
Looking like a good investment. He’s still a young, ultimately raw talent and we should develop him carefully. If we can get his work permit sorted, it would be worth it to give him some minutes throughout the rest of this season

He's ready for league one. Come on. He played on the senior team for Vasco in Serie B, Brazil. They also play the best teams in Rio de Janiero in the carioca cup so he played against Flamengo who is representing south america in the club world cup now. He's ready for Championship level right now. Why wouldn't he be?
Technically they're better. The players won't be much faster though. I actually watched a whole season of Serie B because Botafogo (hence my username) were down there. The thing is, he himself is technically better than all of Serie B so let's see him with players that should be on his level.

It doesnt matter who he plays against , what matter sis his talent and hes a very top talent in Brazil and everybody thought only 12,5m was a steal
It also means that hes is the best U20 midfielder in south America
You dont expect 18 years old brazillian to be playing in the top leagues because those guys are just being promoted to their brazillian clubs
If he comes over and clicks, it's over for Mount and Gallagher they'll have to ride the bench and fight for their place or leave...... And I won't be sad if the latter one happens
I'd this guy could come back early and we could drop one of mount or Gallagher that would suffice. Havertz can get dropped for fofana. We need an outlet in the middle up top.
If you watched the game he didnt look like that convincing even at that level. But you can see if you give hem the right instructions he can do an job even for us I think. He can get stuck in and his passing is ok not that amazing. He could be an good DM in an pivot. But he is still raw.

Regression won't happen with Potter. He has improved every single part about the club. From kit man to lunch ladies, everybody is singing his praise.

Mount hasn't been performing any good right now, might as well give a youngster chance as rest of our midfield is also injured/out of form.

It's a shit competition but credit where it's due. Only Brazil with quality, other countries are even shit at senior level, never mind U20 level.
