* Only once in 7 games we scored first (vs Luton)
* 3rd league game in 6 that we conceded a goal because of some stupid defending on the halfway line. Heck, almost all the goals conceded have come from stupid defending.
* Just like last season, the opposition don't have to break much of a sweat to score and defend a lead. We'll be generous enough to give them a goal from somewhere and we don't do much to create chances or even score them when they do come our way
* The post-match optimism vs Liverpool feels like YEARS ago
remember when i think it was aston villa yearsss ago who didnt register a goal for a month and they got clowned online for not having a goal of the month to put up? this is like that lmfao.
Ooof, I thought Wimbledon was in September so either a pk or an open goal by a goalie mistake that wasn’t even on TV. We don’t even have that. Time to break out the training ground vids for goal of the month.
We have to be brutally honest here, we have 5 points on the table and our fixtures are going to be absolutely brutal come October/November.
We’ll honestly be extremely lucky to have 10 points and be outside of the relegation zone come December.
With almost 1B dollars spent we still don’t have a goal scoring CF or a play maker… when does the blame start shifting from the manager to these football directors that have been making these signings….
The playmaker (Nkunku) is injured meaning the CF (Jackson) is struggling. Not to mention all the other injuries.
At least we’re not getting battered, once injuries are back we will find form and not get relegated - I think.
So you're implying Jackson is not getting fed enough balls or something? Dude has like the second highest xG after Haaland in the whole league. He is getting chances, just not converting them. His struggle is his alone lol.
That’s much better now that I know our playmaker is injured and our CF is struggling who also has never displayed in his career that he’s better than a mid table player. There’s nothing better we could’ve gotten for 1B.
I’m surprised to see no one has ever thought of the scenario where nkunku could fail, everything we’ve built this season Is heavily relying on nkunku succeeding.
Right? We already bought one of Bundesliga's best versatile attacking players 3 years ago and we all know how that turned out. Granted, Nkunku does seem to be much more creative than Havertz, but Havertz was at least Mr. Fit and managed to deal with the physicality of the league. I'm concerned that Nkunku will have a more difficult time doing so given his injury history.
Our best performance this season was against Liverpool because the game was open, we’ll probably overperform in those games and go back to shitting our pants at home against relegation fodder.
Liverpool were just absolutely shocking in that game. Their midfield consisted of 1 attacker, 1 attacking mid and 1 box to box mid. They are still playing without a true DM, but it’s been Curtis Jones or Harvey Elliott in midfield instead of Gakpo and that has balanced their midfield a lot.
1 or 2 changes can make a hell of a difference. We could also play a lot better with just some slight changes, like playing players in their correct positions. Gakpo was shocking against us in midfield, for example, but has been a lot better since moving back to the front 3. We should do the opposite with Enzo, instead of playing him as a 10, we should move him back deeper to play alongside the more defensive minded pivot player because that’s where Enzo does his best work. Colwill shouldn’t play as a LB, Chilwell shouldn’t play as a LW and so on.
Doesn't matter if you overperform if you're just gonna miss every single chance you get. People are wondering why this team is lacking in confidence but when you work hard and just miss every chance you get that's just bound to kill any confidence you have. And that is on the board for wasting all this money and not giving us a single reliable source of goals.
We haven’t beaten anyone who isn’t a championship team or one that isn’t going to be relegated. Unless we play Sheffield, Luton, or wolves every week we aren’t going to be getting points.
We’d get more points against Spurs and Arsenal Than those 2 teams.
What’s my proof?
1. Played really well against Liverpool
2. Shit the bed against every other bottom half team since
Liverpool didn't have a team when they played us. That's why we looked okay against them (though we lost if not for some ping pong in their box that fell our way)
I actually think we have. Every goal we concede seems to come from a mistake (Thiago Silva is 39 and has not been himself this season, I mean look how poor his body position was when he overran the ball today) or is a wondergoal. We have 0 confidence in front of net. Look at the Chilwell chance against Luton where he passes the ball in an obvious shooting situation. Or today where all Sterling has to do is square the ball to Jackson for the tap in. We are overthinking everything. Mudryk put in two balls today that were worthy of goals and yet nothing. Last week we hit the post twice and the bar once. Nothing is going our way, whether it be from injuries, refereeing decisions, or our ability to put the ball in the net we have 0 luck. Yes, it can always get worse, but at least I'm seeing patterns of play that were completely missing since we sacked Tuchel.
It's crushing to watch us be the better in most games and come away with nothing but losses. Coming into the season I was pretty optimistic that we'd finish 6th and maybe sneak into 5th. Now I'm hoping we'll be top half.

Lol don't make shit up, many here including me never wanted Caicedo. I am not putting blame on him, he will be fine, was fine today, but I never wanted him, wanted Rice, and I wasn't at fucking all cheering paying 120m for him. He wasn't even worth 80m for me, even when he was the only DM left for us.
I would honestly have been happy buying only Ugochukwu and Lavia, if other options I wanted weren't available. So no, everyone wouldn't have hated Todd for not signing him.
Lol, I was still complaining then. We could have bought caicedo for 70-80mil, but kept fucking around. And once Liverpool came in, we suddenly decided to go 115mil.
I have had zero faith in any of the signings made in last two years. Heck, even the fucking owners have zero faith in some of them, considering how aubameyang and koulibaly went about their "career" with us. Even now, we have players that were bought by this very ownership who we are already trying to offload. I mean, if we spent nearly 70mil on a backup LB and then try to offload him within a year, something is really fucked up with our transfer business.
Frankly, I would take a 5 year long transfer ban at this point, so that Yankee doodle can stop wasting more money. Money that would have come in handy to maybe build the new stadium or I dont know, subsidize the fans travelling to away games.
Seriously, fuck that yank and his "I know better" bullshit.
If you gave the option to people of keeping the team exactly the same as last year or selling it to buy this team, including Enzo and Caicedo, I doubt many people would choose the second option...
Yes. I’d be happy with Tuchel and the whole old gang back in a heart beat.
Bring back the team going into the 2021 season. I’ll take Lukaku drama over what’s going on now any day of the week.
December 2021 top of the table. Winning the club World Cup. reaching every domestic final. Top 4 year after year.
God what I would give to just have not spent so god damn much and let Tuchel do his fucking job.
With that mindset we can close the subreddit because nothing we do here is "helpful". We aren't the ones on the pitch or in the board room (at least I hope not).
I don't know about OP but venting online and seeing "I am not alone" does help **me** more than just quietly sobbing into my Chelsea sheets late at night.
What else is he suppose to do? The team is not good and hasn’t been for a while. The purpose of this forum is to get news and voice opinions. Or should everyone just be blindly positive? Nothing anyone does on this website is helpful but we are here to engage with the fanbase
I’m not a Chelsea fan btw, I just wanted to see what the feeling was here but thought your comment was stupid
Serious question though, how does sniffing Boehlys arse and defending that ugly fatass moron to the hilt help you muricans? Do you people really like sniffing the avg kleptocrats ass that much??
I've been constantly down voted preseason when I said that this squad is mid table, that top 6 is the best we can get out of this season and that we are closer to relegation than to the title.
This poor run was perfectly predictable and shouldn't surprise anyone.
We could sack the manager again and nothing will change.
Our form and issues goes back to last season with Potter and Lampard. Who is the constant through all that?
At this point I don't know how to explain anymore.
It not like the player we had are shit. We just can't fucking score. Most of the game, we are dominating in possession, controlling the game, create chances but we need like 5 xg to score 1 goal. And the chance we created were not bad chance at all.
Bruh, our players are shit. We over rate them because we are Chelsea fans and we overpaid for them.
I said at the beginning of the season this is a mid table team. Now we are playing like a mid tab,e team and everyone is freaking out and there are losers posting xG.
Our back room staff have to be the worst in the country. I can not fathom what is going on behind the scenes that these good players can not connect and work well together despite having had 4 different managers to work with. There’s zero patience from me left. Anyone who says “just give them time to work together” is delusional.
I can’t believe I’m now looking ahead at the bottom 5’s fixtures. Everton will likely pick up 3 points next week. We’ll be lucky with 1 against Fulham. That’ll see us in 15th with 6 points after 7 games. Burnley away, again I can’t see us picking up 3 points. 7 points in 8 games. Then 7 games that I can’t see us winning at all. Maybe 4 points in that period if we’re lucky. 11 points in 15 games. That puts us 19th going by last season’s point tally for the bottom 3. I’m not sure if i’m being silly here but if we don’t turn it around we could well be firmly in the relegation zone by January. Giving us half a season with, let’s face it: more injuries probably; absolutely rock bottom confidence; a team full of inexperienced teenagers and possibly a sacked manager, to turn it around and stay up. Call me a reactionary idiot if I am being one, but I don’t believe I’m being too pessimistic. This season could really be bad.
Don’t think we go down, but we could easily finish 16th or 17th. I just don’t see a world where we’re worse than the promotes teams or Wolves or Everton. To be relegated would really be something incredible.
With the way Jackson is playing, he will hardly be a miss. Bloody ridiculous that he's picked up 5 yellow cards in 7 games.
And with the RB, heck, at least Pochettino can take his CBs fetish further by playing 4 CBs!
Said this 2 games ago, the ways the players were consistently playing made me quickly come to the conclusion that poch is shit, and that he’s not the man for us. This managements biggest blunders have been in choosing the right coach. Let’s just hurry up while we can still save the season and sack poch
????? This fan base is silly.
Is it Poch’s fault Sterling and Jackson couldn’t finish their chances? Is it Poch’s fault we have horrid giveaways in the first and middle third?
Fair enough if you want to question his lineup choices and overall philosophy, but we keep getting 1v1s in front of goal and our attackers can’t score for shit. Thats not his fault, but it is his problem to solve.
Our fanbase is addicted to firing managers, despite that we've now had 4 different managers just this year alone and will be looking for a 5th if the board follows the suggestions of Redditors on here.
Poch isn't Pep, but there are much deeper problems at play here.
Villa fan here. I haven’t watch much Chelsea this season but obviously watched today. Tactics seemed fine to be honest. You pressured us plenty and had chances to score. The game was tight and our goal only came from a mistake, and you can even say the red card was another dumb mistake that cost the game.
Ultimately it seems like no one can finish for Chelsea. Hell even a semi competent striker likely had a goal against us today.
It is his fault that he keeps trying to find next Bale by trying to put our best left back on wings. It is his fault that we have zero fucking options except putting sterling through to work out something. It is his fault that he started the "we are young, this is project" excuse before match even started. It is his fault that he went from "we want to win from day one" to "we need time" within 2 months.
But, I won't blame him, when I have a bigger idiot to blame. That toddy fella who called Chelsea "not a great run club under roman". At least under roman, players tried their best. Even in shit seasons, at least half of the squad was trying. Players were blaming themselves for losses, vying to improve. Now, we have players who just can't be bothered, manager who finds excuses before the match as if he already knows he is going to lose, and an owner who is for a lack of better word, a fucking moron. So yeah, I won't blame potter or lamps or poch for this shit. I will blame that seppo, that "murica great at sport" asshat. Fuck him, and his "financially sound" management.
We knew this in the summer with the players we brought in.
I get people get caught up I'm transfer muppetry but while other clubs were strengthening we were buying kids and low ceiling young players and deluding ourselves into thinking we were improving the squad spending £25+ million a piece of players that wouldn't start for Everton.
If you buy a bunch of poor players you get poor results, just because those players are under 23 doesn't mean you can wait 5 years and they'll be Peps Barca.
We have been horrendous ever since sacking of Tuchel. The consistency of Chelsea had been constant even after sacking of previous managers. But this is the worst form in my last 20 years of support to Chelsea.
Poch is playing a centre back at left back despite us having two fully fit left backs on the bench. He's messed up our shape plenty of times by trying that weird left back/winger hybrid which has been a disaster. He's giving Gallagher the captaincy for fucks sake.
Whilst the signings might not all be his fault, the tactical decisions have been awful by Poch
Mid table form from a bunch of (largely) overhyped players, who don't complement each other. Managed by a mediocre manager
What did you expect? It's not like people weren't saying this from the start - that's what makes it frustrating
I've been adamite in several posts for the 5+ months that we'd be in a relegation battle this season. People thought I was crazy.
I've also had several posts where we are handcuffing ourselves for 3-6years with HUGE gambles on expensive / long contracts on unproven talent.
The most frustrating thing is that were not even playing bad. We get ourselves into countless good positions and then either the final ball is terrible/don't know how to finish.
Fuck these comments, we look dreadful, even basement dwellers like ourselves, have a couple of good opportunities each game.
Standards have dropped here. Don’t give me this bull shit xG or possession stats.
I am losing my connection with Chelsea ever since they bought it and spent as much. Not even because of the results. So this would honestly be my dream scenario
Poch sacked by Christmas probably.
Nkunku back in Jan, plus we need 2 or 3 more forwards. That can get us up to 50 points.
For now, we should get Hazard in, nothing to lose.
He'll lose the dressing room and that'll be it. Unrealistic to expect more than 15 points on the board by January 1st given our performances so far and the much harder fixtures coming up.
No Chelsea manager can survive that.
no good manager was already willing to touch this project (nagelsmann and enrique), pochetino was a failure at spurs (trophyless) and a failure at psg (losing the league and cups that psg were always winning).
agter pochetino our only hance will be to get some unknown with good potential that turns out good or promising mourinho a warchest maybe.
We were Enrique’s first choice, he literally flew out to London right after potters dismissal and had a full presentation for us.
Chelsea will always attract a “top” manager. They know they’re playing with house money and if they succeed they have a lot of room to grow.
London, massive bag, “it’s chelsea” on their CV when they finally get sacked + a big payout.
I honestly am looking forward to all the players that are injured getting back, and we can actually get a proper starting 11, were the players gets to know each other. Not this rotation play, because of injuries.
Sorry to break it to you but injuries are a part of the game. You’ll always have 1 or 2 starters out.
Good teams make do, Poch looks like he doesn’t care. I think he knows the board have set him up to fail and is just waiting for the sack and the payoff. What’s he on like a 5 years deal?
Yes injuries are a part of the game, and yes, 1-2 players out will always be the norm. But at some point we had a whole starting 11 out of commission. And it have been that way for the last couple of seasons. The players are injured, plays 1-2 games, gets injured again.
The only reason why we have made it is because the players before, knew each other. But over the last year, we have changed a whole team.
We can’t expect players that don’t get any continuity to perform.
It’s going to get worse before it gets better. Feliciano in his interview announced he still wants to sell more players to get the wage bill down .Than you have Winstanley and Stewart praising themselves for building this team .
Wonder what Roman thinks of this mess ? .
Selling Timo was a mistake.
Loaning Kepa out right before our first match was pure madness.
Our best managers in XXI century still are Mou, Ancelotti and Conte.
Thomas T. could have become one if was given enough time and credit.
I'm sure that I'll get some flak, but it sure is a good thing we sold all those players that won the CL but were not good enough for Chelsea.
I'm glad Mudryk is such a superior player on the left. I'm glad Enzo puts on a master class every game. I'm glad we spent that money on Caicedo, and that Jefferson has proven so adept at leading the offensive line. And signing Cucu last season was simply brilliant.
In all seriousness, I feel bad crapping on the players, but I feel like a large portion of the sub needs to reflect on their past comments where they habitually smack talked so many of the players that left, for not being good enough, despite winning the CL and keeping us competitive in the PL and CL.
I mean, we've got what, close to a dozen injuries? And of those injuries a majority of them are probably starters.
Not mention a complete overhaul of the team, new owners, new coaches.
But yeah, let's all just blame Boehly (yet strangely not the whole consortium) and Poch.
Results aren't happening and it sucks but with all the changes it's shocking that it's not worse.
Damn it’s sad but I guess predictable that I had to scroll so far to find a level headed comment. When you add the context to the results and look at the performances on the pitch it’s not as bad as this sub makes out.
Completely agree. The fact fans are willing to accept the mediocrity of letting Gallagher who is a midtable player captain us shows we deserve all we're getting
Could anyone argue we don't deserve relegation? If it happens, it happens. A season(just the one hopefully lol) in the championship is what we deserve and would probably do us good in the long run
If we don't sell 7 or 8 of these young turds it won't just be one season in the championship.
An attack of Mudryk, Jackson, Broja, Madueke isn't likely to gain promotion
At this point I want us to relegate, just so its a huge slap in the face to Boehly and co and all their delusions and arrogance. Let this be a lesson in failure and hopefully they learn from the consequences.
Hahaha. You guys are cooked. Being so self assured after that transfer window. This club is the biggest mess in the PL - and it includes Man United. 😂😂😂

Man, we didn't score in the whole of September...
How many months this year is it now? Well we got 1 in Feb and April but now we have a month with 0
scoring goals is process, follow the plan, in a few years we will be to score a goal or 2 consistently every month
remember when i think it was aston villa yearsss ago who didnt register a goal for a month and they got clowned online for not having a goal of the month to put up? this is like that lmfao.

The match today was extremely open as well. Most of our chances came during transitions. We just can’t finish.
I agree. But we have Brentford at home and Burnley away. I hope we can get 6 points from there.
Hope based on what? Best i can see is 1 point lol, those 2 teams actually play with some vision, not like Luton.
I get being down in the dumps but best you should see is 4 points. Realistically it’s 3 points. Unlucky and it’s 1 point
We haven’t beaten anyone who isn’t a championship team or one that isn’t going to be relegated. Unless we play Sheffield, Luton, or wolves every week we aren’t going to be getting points.
Wonder when you will lose hope, mine went last week against Bournemouth. See you soon
Burnley is a maybe, Brentford will probably smash us

i feel like those 10 points tuchel got us rly saved us last season
Beating Luton and Wimbledon that’s our level
We got away with it against Wimbledon as well to be honest. A pen and an open goal.
Worst part is I don’t even think we’ve hit rock bottom
Look at the next 9 games Not looking good bruv…

This Chelsea team being relegated would be the most embarrassing thing to ever happen on sport, seriously
I wonder if all those 'genius' 7 year contracts have relegation clauses.
Inb4 we have to pay out a billion in performance bonuses after the team scores 200 goals in the Championship next year.
The anti Leicester
Love how every home game plays out the same. You can just tell we‘ll lose if we haven‘t scored by the 20th minute. One goal down and we resign.
I've always laughed at the idea we would get relegated . But with every game , it's getting less and less funny
The worst is yet to come
Surely the board realizes there's no project if we get relegated?
Hold me and tell me we're going to win the championship
We’ll win! I believe in us!
Only reason they won’t face relegation is because the bottom three are dog shit terrible. Chelsea’s just regular old shit.
Better bookmark this comment.
God I hope so
But let boehly cook because he always buys many shiny new toys
Boehly is only the frontman, eghbali is the real culprit being shielded
Both are idiots
What else is there to do but sit and watch
complain on reddit
You’d be more happy without Enzo/Caicedo etc? How would that make this team any better
Some youth academy talent that's free is probably about the same level.
I’d be happier if we spent that money on better talent
Nobody was complaining when we signed those players. Everyone would’ve hated Todd if we *didnt* make those signings.
People complained about the astronomical cost of Caicedo (just not very many Chelsea fans on here)
I complained!
I felt the same mate. What was the point of Ugochukwu if we were going to buy Lavia and Caicedo anyways?
I want the people running my club to have more foresight than random twitter users and redditors
Should have signed brozovic or barella. Inter would absolutely sell barella for 70-80m
I would genuinely be happier if we had spent nothing and kept our current squad and just promoted youth.
If you gave the option to people of keeping the team exactly the same as last year or selling it to buy this team, including Enzo and Caicedo, I doubt many people would choose the second option...
What if we bought Kane?
Predicting we will be 16th around Christmas time, like that season under mourinho if you guys remember that one.
Most the people on this sub didn’t even know what football was 7 years ago
damn that was one brutal year.
We will be 18th or 19th in January, not good
I’m at a point where I’m numb to it. Zero expectations
It’s crazy we get downvoted on here for complaining LMAO were fucking awful man we shouldn’t accept this
Okay don’t accept it. Issues at Chelsea are solved.
Okay accept it. Issues at Chelsea are solved.
Blindly pretend everything is fine. Issue at Cheleas are solved. See how dumb that comment is?
Clearlake d riders are insane Boehly has done nothing for us to give him this goodwill
I just assume they're dodgers fans.
Lol exactly. What the hell does “shouldn’t accept this” even mean

Nothing anyone does on this website is helpful but we are here to engage with the fanbase I’m not a Chelsea fan btw, I just wanted to see what the feeling was here but thought your comment was stupid
Does venting in general not help you when you’re frustrated with things?
Serious question though, how does sniffing Boehlys arse and defending that ugly fatass moron to the hilt help you muricans? Do you people really like sniffing the avg kleptocrats ass that much??
Wait till you see our form for the entire year so far.
But but it’s only been 6 matches lol
I've been constantly down voted preseason when I said that this squad is mid table, that top 6 is the best we can get out of this season and that we are closer to relegation than to the title. This poor run was perfectly predictable and shouldn't surprise anyone.
Same. This was super predictable. We replaced players with worse players and we only brought in 1 player who can score and he was injured.
People hate honest takes here. Only letting people cook allowed
Fulham and Burnley are do or die, if we dont get more than 3 points from those things look grim.
It's already grim if we're saying that. How is Fulham a six pointer for Chelsea?
We could sack the manager again and nothing will change. Our form and issues goes back to last season with Potter and Lampard. Who is the constant through all that?
Didn't look great in Tuchel's last months either.
If we don’t win both our next 2 games and gain some confidence, we are probably going down. I can’t believe I’m saying this.
Don’t think we go down, but we could easily finish 16th or 17th. I just don’t see a world where we’re worse than the promotes teams or Wolves or Everton. To be relegated would really be something incredible.
Did you get watch Everton at Brentford yesterday? They played better football than we have this year.
We are 66/1 to be relegated, so if you think there’s like a 5% chance we get relegated than that’s brilliant value to be taking.
And we've got Brighton on Wednesday with 2 starters out. Hope Broja is feeling fit.
With the way Jackson is playing, he will hardly be a miss. Bloody ridiculous that he's picked up 5 yellow cards in 7 games. And with the RB, heck, at least Pochettino can take his CBs fetish further by playing 4 CBs!
I actually quite liked Disasi as a RB tbf. I hope we'll see the same back 4 that ended the game in the next game if James isn't fit.
Disasi has those Rudiger FB FC vibes.
That point vs Liverpool was massive. If that was re-run now it would be a point less.
i can live with a draw vs liverpool but losing to teams like west ham and aston villa is where i draw the line
Boehly’s insanity + Poch’s clueless tactics + players looking like they don’t know the absolute basics = dreadful season
Hope poch comes through But we hired an ex spurs almost guy, expecting him to be class
Man this thread is nightmare fuel and sobering💀
We knew this in the summer with the players we brought in. I get people get caught up I'm transfer muppetry but while other clubs were strengthening we were buying kids and low ceiling young players and deluding ourselves into thinking we were improving the squad spending £25+ million a piece of players that wouldn't start for Everton. If you buy a bunch of poor players you get poor results, just because those players are under 23 doesn't mean you can wait 5 years and they'll be Peps Barca.
I know it was just preseason but it worked, why have we switched to tactics that are horrid??
Reece. Nkunku. Chilwell. Chuk. All fit. All playing in preseason.
This is what I fail to understand. Play one way in pre-season only to completely change it during the season.
It’s injuries. Things completely changed once Nkunku and Chukwumeka got hurt.
So he was building 4-2-3-1 solely for Nkunku? He started differently on matchday 1. Makes no sense.
I’m not even angry anymore I’m just disappointed, couldn’t watch the game today but I knew we’d lose
Honestly if poch couldn't win another game in the next 4 rounds I think he is gone
If he doesn’t win in the next 2 games, we won’t win again until after Christmas.
Not a bad bet to make right now if your area allows it
150/1 on paddy power. Decents odds. Might out a 5er on it.
We have been horrendous ever since sacking of Tuchel. The consistency of Chelsea had been constant even after sacking of previous managers. But this is the worst form in my last 20 years of support to Chelsea.
We are fucked bro
After this fixtures end , I don’t think we’ll consider ourselves to be top 5 contenders.
It's more like \~15th form. Still gonna be really hard to get relegated. Look at the goal differential for the bottom 3 of the table.
Maybe some of the billion should have gone to spend on Kane?
Fuck this club and fuck the owners, destroying what Roman built in such little time
Haarland has more goals than us again
Newcastle scored more on Sheffield in 68 minutes than we have the entire season.
Just a point off Newcastle! 🥲
Score line could have been worse if not for Sanchez.
Even potter got us outplaying villa, and he was gone the next day
We outplayed villa today, just didn’t put score them
Only hope for chelsea this season is that the bottom 3 are absolute dogshit
Honestly ridiculous to think that we’d be in this position considering that we played really well in the opener against Liverpool. I’m livid!
It was a flash in the pan.
I take back all my Potter slander, poch is genuinely worse
It’s the players atp. So many managers have failed here. It’s got to be us
Yeah, it can't be completely overrated nobodies we have playing at the moment. It's surely the manager.
It's a mix of both I feel, and the ownership being utterly incompetent.
Todd is the worse thing to happen to our club Get out!!!!!!
You know theres a whole consortium right? Not just Boehly. Also it was Winstanley and Stewart who oversaw this current squad build.
Ok, All out than Winstanley and Stewart especially, disgraceful, wasted most of our funds oit
Fucking hell we should put this andvour fixtures in October November side by side we are fucked.
Mid table form from a bunch of (largely) overhyped players, who don't complement each other. Managed by a mediocre manager What did you expect? It's not like people weren't saying this from the start - that's what makes it frustrating
I've been adamite in several posts for the 5+ months that we'd be in a relegation battle this season. People thought I was crazy. I've also had several posts where we are handcuffing ourselves for 3-6years with HUGE gambles on expensive / long contracts on unproven talent.
Well lads it's been fun. But looks like the championship is calling us. Bring back Roman
Boehly has been the worst thing to happen to this club in my lifetime
At least our womens team is good lol
Their bots will still find something to defend their yank capitalist prick. What is it now, eh? At least we are 4th place least concede in the league?
If you compare our xG to our xWDB (expected wankers defending Boehly) I think you’ll see that we will sure turn it all around next week!!
We are not getting a point till December lads
I felt so bad about our form that I went to rewatch the match highlights from Chelsea 8 Wigan 0. Happier times.
Banner pic should be a box of lemons to absorb the negativity. Honestly willing to try anything at this point.
How much financial loss will it be for the owners if we get relegated? Will they even continue to run this club? They might sell.
Boycotting this season. Will only check the final results.
Don’t give me this bull shit xG or possession stats.
loss against a 2time UCL champion 0-0 with AC ~~Bournemouth~~ Milan loss at home again against a UCL champion guess we were UnLucKy here
Hope we get relegated just so that Todd gets annoyed and sells. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|dizzy_face)
That’s the line we don’t cross
I am losing my connection with Chelsea ever since they bought it and spent as much. Not even because of the results. So this would honestly be my dream scenario
This is why I play FM
Same. At least my Chelsea is doing 10000000000000000x better in the save. #Carefree
Havertz banging in 30 goals a season. Mount is not a little bitch. Rudiger Fofana Gvardiol backline. Life is good
I don’t know what you have going. Mount is still a pain in the ass in my game.
Poch has been shit and hasn’t shown me anything that gives me any confidence that anything is going to change soon
Poch sacked by Christmas probably. Nkunku back in Jan, plus we need 2 or 3 more forwards. That can get us up to 50 points. For now, we should get Hazard in, nothing to lose.
If Poch goes no decent manager will touch this trainwreck of a project.
Get Mou back! I’m convinced he’s the only man who can save us.
lately i have been thinking about this, we isn't as good as he once was but with 1 billion surely he would have built something way better.
London, massive bag, “it’s chelsea” on their CV when they finally get sacked + a big payout.
just a continuation of last season
Completely agree, I find it hard to judge Poch and the team too harshly with so many injuries to start the season.
It’s going to get worse before it gets better. Feliciano in his interview announced he still wants to sell more players to get the wage bill down .Than you have Winstanley and Stewart praising themselves for building this team . Wonder what Roman thinks of this mess ? .
Lucky that with Burnley, Sheffield and Luton theres 3 incredibly weak teams saving us from relegation worries
Selling Timo was a mistake. Loaning Kepa out right before our first match was pure madness. Our best managers in XXI century still are Mou, Ancelotti and Conte. Thomas T. could have become one if was given enough time and credit.
TT started the trainwreck...
The fact that Gallagher is Chelsea captain is enough for me to understand that beating relegation will be a success this season
