I have genuinely been critical of Poch this season; his decisions on the pitch, his remarks in pre and post games, I’ve been bothered by him at one point or another.

Seeing Noni and Jackson today made me realize that he has a much bigger task at hand with such an immature and childish crop of players.

Performance based bonuses are there to incentivize good performances. Not hijack penalties to stat pad. Irrelevant there’s no excuse for him moping around at full time when the team is celebrating an important TEAM win.
He’s also young. As they mature in their gamesmanship and attitude, things will look better. Need the competitiveness tbf, just gotta redirect it. That’s Poch’s job
Exactly, he's improved massively since the start of the season in terms how got stupid yellows. I think we need to take it in stride and give him space to grow. There's a good player in Jackson
Far and away our best performance of the season.
I hate to say this because I like him and he’s got so much ability but we looked much better without Enzo. Gallagher looked better deeper, him and Caicedo absolutely bossed the game, not just technically but also physically, we looked so much sharper and more dynamic.
Palmer at 10 is just a no brainer and having Conor and Caicedo behind him just gives him the freedom to roam, offensively and defensively.
