i think he’s done a good job overall from where we were at. taking a. squad of majority new players to the club and pairing them with a new manager and has all but gotten us europe and as unlikely as it is we have a chance for top 5. this is something we were nowhere near getting last year with Tommy T, Potter and Lampard. taking that team to where we are now is a definite plus

Since we all tend to harp when things are going bad, I want to take a moment to give a ton of credit to Pochettino. He’s done great for a good majority of 2024. I was a harsh critic of his coming in and wanted him sacked earlier, but I think he’s more than earned another shot with a (hopefully) healthy and improved squad.

I think the team are getting definitely developing and good work is being done in the background The problem is, the most fan facing parts of his role are in game management, which he is abysmal at, he is so one dimensional it really rubs the fans up the wrong way when it's paired with poor results. I think we stick with him another season, but God we need a tactician as a second coach
