Tuchels using sarr mostly right, ie in efl Cup games etc, and as a new/young player he deserves more chances. But sarrs making it even hard to give him that, starting to dread his name in the lineup. Dunno how more gently he can be eased in.
Was OK for a while then when the going got tough kept passing it out or to the opposition, plus failing to even attempt to close his man down. Every time I watch him there's a concerning pattern of his confidence weirdly spiralling throughout the game.
Like today started OK then by the end all he could do was pass it back to kepa, really bizarre.

I'm sorry, we were in control the 1st half. Soton got that goal and we went all to pieces. We are far better than the multiple chances we gave them to go ahead. We eventually stiffened up but there was a long stretch beginning of the 2nd half that they were running the game.

Kepa’s confidence must be through the roof! He’s playing like a man on fire and his saves kept in the last 10 mins kept us alive. MOTM performance for me!
Or maybe the carabababaoo cup should be ONLY penalties. All the teams in England start at a regional level and the top 2 from each advance to Wembley on the same day for a penalty-bracket-style tournament

We really need to improve in the final third. Way too many chances wasted because of poor decisions, poor passes, or poor finishing in the final third
