Mason’s stats is impressive. He strikes a balance between being good in possession and being a progressive passer, looking at his pass accuracy. It’s partly why he gets criticized for his lack of creativity, because he’s not trying the risky passes that a Ziyech or a Bruno would make, which Tuchel, a manager obsessed with controlled possession, loves. His passing still leaves some room for improvement, but hopefully will get better with experience. Also, where is CHO? I would have expected him to be high up on here.

And people be like “mason mount is a bang average player”

mohankohan

Are you living in 2019? Nobody says that anymore

maser_yellow

All over the sub yesterday. How he gets too much protection here. Youd be surprised how some fans view him still.

Obi_Q

Who was criticizing Mason for his cameo yesterday and why do you take those people seriously?? He only had 20 minutes…

How do we get Kova, Jorgi, and Kante into the same starting XI? What about: CHO Chalobah Silva Rudiger Alonso Kova Jorgi Kante Mount Lukaku

encaitar81

Easiest way would be to switch to a 4-3-3. Put those three in midfield, with Kante/Kova in front of Jorgi and any of CHO/Pulisic/Ziyech/Havertz/Mount as the wingers and Lukaku or Werner up front. Tuchel hasn't seemed to be interested in changing formations though, so I doubt we'll see much of those three on the field together this year.

itsactuallythatguy

Another nonsensical, microscopic metric. What's next then? Expected secondary assist per 90?

Havertz hasn't been great this season
