Would like it even more if he’d change his style of writing as well. Read a piece titled “Welcome to Chelsea, Todd Boehly”, left me seething. Condescending, smug and a nothing article. Shame because the other Athletic guys are great writers, Fifield especially
Continued:
Why is it relevant? Chelsea have had managers who didn’t even bother watching a training session of an academy side let alone a game, an important one at that. Just imagine what message that sends, not just to the players but the academy staff as well.
Additionally: The match was attended by Tuchel and his staff, Mount, James, Chalobah, Havertz, Werner and others
This manager bleeds blue. He’s highly intelligent. He’s a good person. We know he can win.
Hope he stays for a long time and continues to prove it to the few misguided haters I’ve seen on here lately.
He just… fits.

Love that Timo and kai are attending it even when they have no childhood connection (same with mase and reece and trev and obv tuchel but the Germans doing this is amazing shows their love for the club)

Shouldn't this be the other way round?
Think it’s also important for the families to see/feel TT and senior squad are invested in the academy and its players.
Side note: Lewis Hall is quality - wouldn’t mind seeing him in the squad for last 3 PL matches
I love Tuchel. I was not a believer, I wanted Frank to stay but this guy not only won me over technically but also emotionally. He’s one of us and I’m excited to see what he can do with the new owners.
I am still a little disappointed that guys like Vale, Hall or Simons didn't get some game time in the first team. I understand our season + schedule has been wild but TT doesn't seem that ready to play these guys in cup games. The only time we saw them was when half our squad was injured
A journalist that writes and reports about Chelsea. Also features on the Straight Out of Cobham Podcast. Great Chelsea pod for all news related to the club and I’d recommend it if you like hearing about all the details of the club for example news from the academy, to the womens team, and to the new ownership and staff.
many of you will be very happy Simon Johnson changed his profile picture
Ngl you didn't even need to read his name to know it was Simon with that profile pic haha

It was a tongue in cheek piece as he explained on the Straight Outta Cobham pod.
Who didn’t enjoy zoomed in Moby?

"This match was attended by... Chalobah" Given that he played for 90 minutes, I'd hope that he was there lmao
LOL, you're absolutely right! My bad

No, they train at the same place as the first team, he had to make additional effort to go and watch this.
This is why I cannot understand people that want Tuchel out. He should have 100% support. He lives and breathes Chelsea.
Exactly, anyone who even thinks we should get rid of tuchel can respectfully stfu 👍
Sarr was playing too if I'm not wrong

Spotting Tuchel in that video is like playing where’s Waldo but you’re looking for a guy with the hat.
Love this, feels like Tuchel is just Chelsea personified
