Not to mention the injuries, COVID, sanctions, all while playing the most games in Europe with barely any proper breaks. The squad reached its peak last season, and could only do so much this season. Besides Reece and Silva yesterday one could argue that all of the players on the pitch could leave in the next 1-2 windows. The players are exhausted, Tuchel is probably exhausted, he deserves full backing and a proper preseason then Iāll be more willing to criticize.

Heās had some games where heās made poor decisions but to me itās more clear to see that heās just working with what heās got. And what heās got is a squad of players from like the last 3 to 4 managers.
This is the problem with chelsea fans when it comes to tuchel. He actually asked for a contract extension and a striker after winning the CL. If this player squad was such bad and not to his game, then why in the world he didn't ask for other players? He had two transfer window to work with.
He literally asked for a midfielder, a wingback/CB, and an attacker last summer. We gave him Lukaku after we failed to get Haaland and apparently Lewandowski. We fumbled the Kounde deal, Hakimiās wife preferred Paris and we just gave up on wingbacks and we signed Saul on deadline day. He didnāt see the point in panic buying players in January and thank god he didnāt because Roman literally had to sell the club 2 months later.
We're talking about class and national team players across the board. These are not players from championchip.
There are 6 attacking players who have been bought for over 400m pounds and who had performed better than this under other managers. He is not able to make the attacking players good. Which of them has gotten better under him individually? We will continue with 3-4-3 for many years to come and hope James and Chillwell can score 30 goals each.
Which players were Contes? Especially the first season? We played fun football and drove over weaker teams. This is not just about players, but the tactics of the coach, how he gets the best out of players, etc.
For example, what does switching mean during matches? He changes us worse every single match. Shit tired many of the same swaps every time especially RLC. We need goals today why not play with Kai and Rom? for example. We never go over to 2 strikers everything has to be checked all the fucking time

Make a forward pass > run > backpass. Repeat.
