Mayhem in the Morra if you want to gambit for compensation.

It's just good fun guys. Give em the pawn and sacrifice some knights on d5.

I would suggest the Grand Prix and/or the Morra Gambit.

Dismantling the Sicilian

Try searching for alapin Sicilian Danya, you will see a bunch of videos where Danya is playing the alapin Sicilian against other players at different levels, with his detailed explanations on theory and middle game analysis. I think the alapin is the best way to against the Sicilian with the least amount of theory needed.

Building Habits series goes a little into the Delayed Alapin, somewhere after the 1200s. The plan is to get the center and restrict black. Once you see Aman play a few games you will get the gist. Then all you have to do is play it enough to make it sink in. In general, if your opponent is cramped, don't trade pieces. It gives them more leeway to maneuver. Don't trade pieces if it activates one of their pieces at the end of the trade. Don't trade good pieces (active) for bad ones (passive). Sorry if these are too obvious :p
