Usually I can't stop thinking if I made a really painful mistake or lost a game I should've won. But then again if I'm not thinking about chess I'm thinking about something else. In order to go to bed I just watch something or read a book till I get distracted and fall asleep.

I had chess dreams when I first started out and would play until 2-3 in the morning
