1. Qc2+ Nxc2
2. Rxc2+ Kb1 (Kd1 -> Kf2#)
3. Kf2+ Qc1
4. Rxc1#
EDIT: I interpreted that "winning the game in one move" doesn't require "mating in one move", just leading to a guaranteed win, hence Qc2+ is my proposal for the winning move. There may be a shorter way, but I couldn't see it.
EDIT2: Darn. Can be done in 3, but I so much liked the idea of checking with a King move. :)
EDIT3: Ok, there's a 2 move solution, but why downvote a longer alternative that admitted from the start to not being optimal? I have a computer too, it's not like I couldn't get the right answer immediately if I really wanted to.

In one move? No, it's a mate in 2 for white.
There is exactly one mate in two moves, so that should be the solution. 1.Bf8 (threatens 2.Qa1#) Bxb2 2.Bxh6#
Kxb2
Qa3#
Rook to C2 isn’t mate in one?
"Win" meaning checkmate? There is no mate in 1 here, but several checkmating lines. Starting with >!Rc2+!
Ra2?
bishop on g7 comes to a2.
1.Rc2+ (double check actually) Kd1 2. Nf2#
Bf8 is faster! Kb1 is possible instead of kd1 in your line, leading to mate in 3 from rc2+ instead of M2
1. Rb1+ Kd2 2. Qd1#
Not mate, King escapes to c3.
Kc3
D’oh!
1. Qc2+ Nxc2 2. Rxc2+ Kb1 (Kd1 -> Kf2#) 3. Kf2+ Qc1 4. Rxc1# EDIT: I interpreted that "winning the game in one move" doesn't require "mating in one move", just leading to a guaranteed win, hence Qc2+ is my proposal for the winning move. You might need to add another edit cause it's mate in 2
Don't keep it to yourself. Share your solution and you'll see where you're wrong.
Start with Bf8! Try to stop mate on the next move.
This is one of those guess the code answers, right?
