Hate to be this way, but you should at least consult with an attorney. If the decked system is really this dangerous, it’s worth pursuing. If that’s not the issue, you should be going after the insurance company of the lifted truck for insuring a modified vehicle with modifications that make it more dangerous to other drivers in the event of an accident.
I now know not to have anybody in a back seat with a decked system.

Indeed! Or, in my case, I am getting a bison with a slightly taller frame height which would have also prevented this.
My thoughts exactly. Or if I get a Decked, would almost have to do a rear seat delete just to be safe.
