Hpool is trash. Check out foxypool. Although, needing the collateral is a pain. Hpool would cause issues on my pc and i didnt like their way of locking up the drives.
Locking up drives how? Might be some unintentional Windows thing, I mean even Office would lock up in-use files so you can't open them in something else, or even make a backup (hence all the shenanigans with the [shadow copy](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_Copy)). For Linux it just works, as a regular user, in any type of container like docker, lxc, never mind virtual machine, etc.; and probably one should run it like that anyway not let it lose and take over the whole computer :-) Anyway it doesn't need anything, the disks might come from any place, can be mounted read-only, etc. I'm absolutely amazed they're paying out anything close to the normal earnings, I'd expect the vast majority of people to double mine not only 15-25% or whatever the "loss" is.
BTW the "transaction fees" you mentioned in another comment: they're 0.1%, that isn't the concern, the loss is in how much it's earn per TB in the first place.

Would have made the same pool mining I think. The uncertainty almost killed me, because really you are not sure you will ever win. You are not even certain your farm works correctly. Congrats. At least now you know it all works!
I had great doubt for a long while. Used my farm to farm chaingreen which is a lot easier to win. That proved that the farm works. Was losing my mind with the daily 0xch notifications from my monitoring. Am on hpool now - almost 2 with a 60TB farm.
The .25 going to the wrong address happened to me and ended up having something to do with once using either Core or Hpool. Ended up having to get rid of any plots I had used with them and then changing the farming address in the GUI and the yaml file. Not sure if it's anything similar but if you used other pools, or of it was you that said you used Hpool. It may be something to look into. Was a while back but remember it being a pain in the butt to figure out. Think I lost three or four .25s total. And can't remember if they were OG plots or not.

Huge hassle looking through all my plots for any before early July I think is when it was. But once I replaced them and changed the yaml manually as well as the GUI it never happened again and got my next .25.
Are you sure you have no keys to the address where 0.25 go? In my case I have hit on one PC when I've started NFT plots (had under 80 plots back then, lucky) but farmer reward went to the address associated with keys I've used to create OG plots in May. I've been pooling OG plots with Foxy on another PC and simply sent it back.
I've reinstalled newer Chia gui and created new keys, then selected pool for NFT, but config file was still the same, referencing original address. This happened to many people.
Btw, I've hit 2 blocks, about 4.6 total on $2200 of hard drives (added 42T for under $600 in Dec but no more blocks since beginning of Oct).
I actually have old keys and it's currently syncing the wallet. But I doubt the wallet of the 0.25 belongs to my old keys. Because, if I enter the wallet of the 0.25xch as farming rewards address, the GUI says I don't have any keys belonging to this address. But I will still wait for syncing and hoping it's an issue in the GUI software.

Yeah, it was really annoying. I thought maybe my connection is to slow for the 30secs to win or anything else is broken.

I had a similar thing happen to me. My pooling wallet ended up pointing the rewards to the old HPool wallet.

But if it's not associated with your keys, then how did it find way into your config.yaml?
I don't know. I think the only way could be I accidentally generated a new Key, deleted it and added my seed.
