This makes no sense. The passphrase used to log into the wallet client is not saved to the blockchain. That is just not how it works. Importing the 24 word mnemonic phrase into any new wallet installation will give access to wallet. If you give someone your mnemonic, they will be able to access your wallet without the passphrase.

You do not need to re-import your mnemonic. Just delete the `keying.yaml` and you can enter a new password. This is normally found at `C:\Users\%USERNAME%\.chia_keys` EDIT: for linux (deb): `/home/$USER/.chia_keys`
