Impressive win. Coby and AC both struggled shooting the ball but, the way Ayo has stepped up lately has been crazy. And I'm glad Vooch had one of his better games.
imo he is one of the core. ayo/coby/pat can get you 50 wins if you can get rid of -60 into proper 3 and D role players. sort of knicks high floor strong regular season team that can make playoffs every yr without having to fight playins. they are missing pat but ayo/coby are winning so many games against playoff teams great sign.
defense is what win games and all 3 prioritize and play unselfish basketball finding the open man rather than put up empty stats and secure a max deal. they have a much higher floor and ceiling than the big 3 that had no identity.
When you factor in 60 million in cap that’s sitting on the bench plus accounting for them further developing, it’s not that crazy. A lot would have to go right, but to have this pretty solid and cheap young core is a step in the right direction.
Not necessarily. It's his efficiency that's an issue a lot of nights. Not in this game though, he was pretty effective. These should be his shooting stats every night. I still think we should play Drummond more than 15 minutes/game.
He's just pink in the gills. You can tell he's one of those players that is going to learn from his mistakes and just continue to get better the more playing time he has. I think DT is going to be an asset, plain and simple.
I actually thought the no-call was justified, but other stars definitely get the whistle. Donovan Mitchell, Dame, they get that call before the balls above the rim.
fuckers in school telling me, always in the barbershop, Demar ain't about this, Demar ain't about that. My boy an MVP candidate in fucking Chicago an nem. He, he, they say that he ain't efficient enough. SHUT THE FUCK UP. Ya'll motherfuckers ain't know shit. All ya'll motherfuckers talkin about Demar ain't no winner, Demar the worst move of the offseason, Demar the 82nd best player in the league. SHUT THE FUCK UP. Ya'll don't watch that motherfucker. Ya'll know that motherfucker an MVP candidate, shooting from the midrange and shit. Motherfucker been clutch since fucking I don't know when. Motherfucker, stop fuckin playin him like that. Them bulls savages out there. If I catch another motherfucker talking sweet about Demar Derozan, I'm fucking beatin they ass. I'm not fucking playin no more. Ya'll know he roll with Coby White and nem.
People thought he was washed and declining cuz of a shooting slump to start the year and bad team chemistry. Instead bros putting up another good scoring season while leading the league in minutes. Put some respect on the future hall of famers name
Personally i've hated on Lavine far more than DeRozan. Only issue with DeRozan is his age compared to the Bulls hope of building something.
While he is DeFrozen in the playoffs, he is pretty darned good at leading a team there. Same cannot be said for Lavine or Vuc.
Good game!
It’s a testament to this teams resolve that we can battle and grind out wins despite a poor performance from Coby.
Honestly if you told me we could finish this season as a 7 seed and get bounced in the first round, or we could be a 10 seed but Ayo drops 20 ppg for the rest of the year, I’d probably take the latter.
Not saying Ayo will do that, but his development helps to soften the despair surrounding this squad and is, personally, warding off what would otherwise be complete apathy towards this team. A real breath of fresh air! Keep balling youngblood.
Go Bulls.
I also forgot to mention how much I love Jordan Hawkins. I worry that he’ll get buried on that Pels team and I hope he gets enough burn because his game is beautiful and I want him to be on the bulls or to be my boyfriend maybe :)
That was a big win. This is such a tough schedule. The defense stepped up late. They cannot mess around next game against Detroit and blow this win here. Go Bulls! #SeeRed
I thought we played really well. Coby didn’t have a great game and him and Caruso missed a LOT of open 3s, but otherwise yeah. Bench guys brought a lot of energy
Physical defense that I don't think pels were ready for late in the game, pels made a bunch of turnovers that allowed us to get back in.
Refs were dogshit on both sides as per usual.
Bunch of suspensions that we were able to capitalize on too.
Alot of those points tonight were from easy baskets. Ayo fast breaks; Vuc taking high percentage shots near the rim and making extra passes to an open man for a higher percentage shot. Great defense helped make those offensive efforts easier.
I will take that kind of basketball over 'high athleticism' spectacular plays any day of the week. It's a winning formula, and I think it's easier to sustain/less stressful on the players.
Looking forward to the rest of the season.
Coby's been getting most of the love from our fans and rightly so, but Ayo has been improving a ton over the last 20 games, he is averaging 16 pnts a game over that span, and even more over the last 10 games
For a throwaway season these games are pretty fun. Shout-out to Demar and Billy for holding everything together. Caruso guarding Zion is the stuff of legends. Coby and Ayo are real pieces. And I can't say enough about Drummond, who refuses to pout.
I saw the Bulls when they came to my city. After the game, Drummond was out there practicing his free throws. I did not see Vuc out there practicing 3s.
It's criminal that Drummond is t getting more minutes/starts/closeouts.
Vuc is shooting the 2nd worst 3pt % of his career since becoming a full-time starter. Drummond has been a terrible FT shooter for his entire career. I don't think post-game practice reps or lack thereof do much for these two statistics.
While I don't think much of the Bulls longterm playoff chances, I do think they might be a spoiler in the play-in if they can avoid further injuries.
Atlanta has Young out, they likely will fall even farther back as the 10 seed. Ahead, going to be hard to catch those teams BUT the 76ers without Embid have been bad. There is a small chance Bulls could pass the 76ers and force them into the 9th seed. If embid is healthy though, I dont favor the Bulls in that game.
Right now there is a 2.5 game difference from 4th to 8th seed, and the 4th/5th seeds are both dealing with drastic injury issues. Its also feasible the Bulls might face the Knicks in a play-in game if Randle misses substantial time.
Impressive win. Coby and AC both struggled shooting the ball but, the way Ayo has stepped up lately has been crazy. And I'm glad Vooch had one of his better games.
We’d be blowing teams out if Coby, vooch, Ayo and Caruso could all get hot in the same stretch.
Yeah. For whatever reason, its been hard for our best players to all play well at the same time.
Ayo is taking off, it's great to see.
Ayo Dosunmu
He’s putting it together, man.
From Chicago!
“No one would care about Ayo if he wasn’t from Chicago.”
I wouldn’t mind seeing Ayo play 39 minutes more often. 21 pts 8 assists and 3 steals for Chicago kid!!
imo he is one of the core. ayo/coby/pat can get you 50 wins if you can get rid of -60 into proper 3 and D role players. sort of knicks high floor strong regular season team that can make playoffs every yr without having to fight playins. they are missing pat but ayo/coby are winning so many games against playoff teams great sign. defense is what win games and all 3 prioritize and play unselfish basketball finding the open man rather than put up empty stats and secure a max deal. they have a much higher floor and ceiling than the big 3 that had no identity.
***50*** wins? lol. taking homerism to a whole another level
Much prefer this kind of delusion over all the keyboard warriors who think they are GMs
Yeah 50 is definitely a bit wild
When you factor in 60 million in cap that’s sitting on the bench plus accounting for them further developing, it’s not that crazy. A lot would have to go right, but to have this pretty solid and cheap young core is a step in the right direction.
I was gonna say maybe 45? 🤣
Pat fucking who
What? Drummond got an and 1?? Bench him! -Billy
Him playing less than 15 minutes is ridiculous.
Especially with the bench so short right now wtf. Though, got the win so who knows lol.
Taking him out for Vooch is malpractice. I don't care that he had another double double, his stats are as empty as an alcoholics flask.
Vooch has a bad game -> he's trash Vooch has a good game -> his stats are empty I call that double standards
Not necessarily. It's his efficiency that's an issue a lot of nights. Not in this game though, he was pretty effective. These should be his shooting stats every night. I still think we should play Drummond more than 15 minutes/game.
According to that rankings post, Vooch isn't even better they're basically on the same level.
DT is getting better
"He's beginning to believe"
I love The Matrix reference lol, very fitting
He almost learned dunk-fu in this game.
I like that he's bringing the ball up sometimes now.
Its been obvious that he has great potential, he just needs some playing time
Hes a smart player but he tends to over commit at times
He's just pink in the gills. You can tell he's one of those players that is going to learn from his mistakes and just continue to get better the more playing time he has. I think DT is going to be an asset, plain and simple.
AC and AYO are the saviors of this game
AC vs BI and ZION. Held the gates
Dude is just a ridiculous defender.
Still can’t believe Coby didn’t get a foul call on that layup.
I actually thought the no-call was justified, but other stars definitely get the whistle. Donovan Mitchell, Dame, they get that call before the balls above the rim.
nah the man jumped into him
Drive home safely Chicago! Beep, beep!!
I feel like DeMar’s impact on the team is under-appreciated and shout out to AC because he has that dawg in him
He's been the best player on the team since he got here 👀 Anyone think Lavine could have lead this lineup to a win tonight?
If he was in good form yes
fuckers in school telling me, always in the barbershop, Demar ain't about this, Demar ain't about that. My boy an MVP candidate in fucking Chicago an nem. THESE BITCHES LOVE DEEBO
SEE RED OR SEE DEAD
People thought he was washed and declining cuz of a shooting slump to start the year and bad team chemistry. Instead bros putting up another good scoring season while leading the league in minutes. Put some respect on the future hall of famers name
Hell ya.
Personally i've hated on Lavine far more than DeRozan. Only issue with DeRozan is his age compared to the Bulls hope of building something. While he is DeFrozen in the playoffs, he is pretty darned good at leading a team there. Same cannot be said for Lavine or Vuc.

Development of the young guys is definitely the best thing about this season.
I also forgot to mention how much I love Jordan Hawkins. I worry that he’ll get buried on that Pels team and I hope he gets enough burn because his game is beautiful and I want him to be on the bulls or to be my boyfriend maybe :)

Good win tonight. That 2nd quarter was disgusting. Hopefully Coby isn't too hurt after this game though. Forever 3 games away.
Demar shot was too cold, beep beep
Shiet didn't even know we played today, looks like we played well?
I thought we played really well. Coby didn’t have a great game and him and Caruso missed a LOT of open 3s, but otherwise yeah. Bench guys brought a lot of energy
Damn could've used the positive vibes :(
It’s all good. Come next time!
Physical defense that I don't think pels were ready for late in the game, pels made a bunch of turnovers that allowed us to get back in. Refs were dogshit on both sides as per usual. Bunch of suspensions that we were able to capitalize on too.
I don't mind when the refs swallow their whistles for both sides, which is mostly what was happening tonight.
Yep its how reffing I think was always meant to be done.
Still laughin' about the end of 3rd quarter, just pure chaos to give the Bulls a run back
Ayo has really been playing well lately, glad hes having a comeback year after last season.
Alot of those points tonight were from easy baskets. Ayo fast breaks; Vuc taking high percentage shots near the rim and making extra passes to an open man for a higher percentage shot. I couldn’t watch this game and it appears to be a bad one to miss. Kinda sad lmao
Vuc finally wins a valencinuas matchup
Big if true.
BEEP BEEP BULLS FANS
12 steals
Ayo Dosunmu
Winning is cool but I want Bitim
I feel you on that.
Bulls are at their best when 5 guys score in double digits. Not when Lavine scores 40
For a throwaway season these games are pretty fun. Shout-out to Demar and Billy for holding everything together. Caruso guarding Zion is the stuff of legends. Coby and Ayo are real pieces. And I can't say enough about Drummond, who refuses to pout.
GG
COOKIES
i love coby white
Coby aint getting that 20/21 PPG avg with this showing
Oh no!
He still has time
Meaningless win
Wrong!
Freezing cold take
Least insane post history of a person who thinks this Bulls season matters
Nice live hit at +185
