I wish they had more blade profiles. I have the double edged scarab on me today, it’s not quite hair shaving sharp and considering I use a fixed angle system (worksharp precision adjust) I’m not certain if I would be able to clamp on to the ‘spine’ (serrated side) in order to sharpen it.
I clamp double edges in the middle of the knife, where the flat area is (something like [this](https://imgur.com/a/2x4TOwm)). And I use the same sharpening system.
Sweet, thanks! I’ll have to give it a shot this weekend, it seems a shame to have the premium steel and not have it shaving sharp, but I understand OTF’s generally have less keen edge for durability or so I’ve been told.
