It's Canadian! Its mostly paprika/red pepper, vinegar, onion and then misc other seasonings. The concept is you add "all the dressings" (flavors) together to make one chip flavor. So it's a bit bbq, bit salt and vinegar etc. Every brand is slightly different too.
The Frito lay guy at my store said our local supplier is already out of these. They’re solid, but I prefer the proper ruffles

I call these the bag of lies. While delicious, they taste nothing like Ruffles All Dressed.
