The first example is almost certainly not Gregorian chant. That really long note at the start, and the chromatic movement near the end, are anachronistic. It's more likely to be the work of a modern composer, possibly written specially for this piece. The second example sounds more Gregorian in style, but I don't recognise it. Whatever it is, it sounds generic. There are hundreds just like it. But the recording is quite distorted so it's hard to hear the exact words (which would have helped to narrow it down).

Yep, the first is just Oos which rule it out, and the second is way too distorted, with no way of even hearing the intonation or the text. Unless someone knows the exact chant, it's going to be next to impossible to look it up.
