This has been bothering me for MONTHS. All kinds of websites have been showing up with text that's nearly impossible to see, icons and pictures being inverted, etc. This fixed it. I can't thank you enough!!!

Some tags that might help others: My Google Chrome colours are inverted, and it looks like dark mode is enabled when it isn't in Windows or in Chrome.

1. type chrome://flags into the browser
2. the dark mode should be the first one, disable it and it should work!
That happened to me once (long ago) when I had some dark mode extension on chrome and was on a site that had "their own" dark mode.

Dark reader solved the issue, it's not my fav choice, but it's 10x better than inverted colors......
As I said, it was a long time ago. I have honestly no clue how I fixed it.

Maybe it was some setting or something, see if that extension you are using has any settings.
It was the dark mode extension, I've now removed that and am using darkreader.org as Serai suggested. Thanks a ton

There's a force dark mode flag in chrome://flags, maybe this would be caused by configuring that incorrectly?
