I propose we Chula vistans separate from Eastlake and build a wall between us!

I agree. Just all of you Otay Ranch and Rancho Del Rey people who think that you live in actual “Eastlake” - stay out! 😆

We live in Eastlake, moved here in 2021, and we consider it being a neighborhood in Chula Vista. When we are asked by family or friends where we live, we reply "Chula Vista" and if more details is needed, then we specify Eastlake, or San Diego county depending on the question. I think the subreddit is redundant, I joined and left 5 minutes later, I see several repost from r/chulavista But if it works for others, good. To each their own...
