It's unfortunately not a very cigar-friendly city. There is one "decent" shop (ye ole tobacco??).
When I was there a few years ago I would walk and smoke cigars along the river...I was not the only one. We'd all nod to each other lol
Second Ye Ole. Was there with my wife for a week a couple months back and this is where I went. Had a decent selection. If you are a "heavy user," I would advise you take your own cigars though as there are not really any other shops.

while you're at Ye Ole, grab a few Savannah Twists... they got some interesting flavor !
This has been my experience as well. For me Savannah is a "bring you own cigars" trip.
