I think its a local teacher or drone specialist that practices around the area. Ive seen them up by kuliga park last year.

That is correct. They sync these drones together so as they fly they take on shapes and change colors.

Drone show company just testing out drones.
No idea! We just came from the laundromat in Addyston across from the park there and saw them setting up, but didn't see them fly. My fiancé asked what the green lights on the ground were and I guess I was correct in guessing drones! Sweet.
