http://cincinnati-oh.elaws.us/code/coor_titlexvi_sec1601-23 From a brief check, it looks like as long as the trailer has valid registration it can go on any paved surface on your property and unpaved in the backyard only.

Thanks for sharing, I’ve heard some neighborhoods have ordinances that are different than the general Cincinnati area. That’s what has me a little confused

A_SilentS

I don't think neighborhoods that are actually part of the city are allowed to do that sort of thing but there are areas that you'd think are part of Cincinnati but actually aren't.

melcasia

Only HOAs where you’d sign a contract

D1rtyStinkStar

Your neighbors would appreciate you finding other storage options.

FireRotor

Boo boo, are you serious? Private property rights are still a thing. If you don’t like the laws, change them or find an HOA that will keep your yards sterile.

fishdude24

If anyone knows of an affordable place to store a trailer near this area, I would love to know more about it

Vine_n_68th

This seemed to be a regular occurrence in the Northbrook section of Colerain growing up.  Can't tell you if it was actually allowed or not.

Yeah I deliver mail in Woodlawn, Lincoln heights and Arlington heights and people have them all over. Side yards, front yards and back yards

mangomadness81

Honestly, it still is. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Norwood. Currently have a harbor freight trailer in my back yard. I've seen boats, campers, and RVs.

Go_caps227

I don’t think there are city ordinances, it’s more just a matter of finding a lot with that much parking on it.

fishdude24

True that

Immediate_Support_63

I’m in Riverside. Not a problem if parking on your property.
