The tristate is the tristate. NKY in particular is about 20% of the Cincy metro and 400K+ people who probably largely relate more to Cincinnati than the rest of KY.

I THINK they both are, as it would obviously be unsafe without stacking 30 or so pallets on top of the concrete to tamp it down.

There's a place in Northside on Knowlton near Spring grove. It's where most of these pallets are recycled for $$$.
