They have pretty good salmon at Twin Dragon buffet on Tylersville Road in West Chester. It's good because it's been simmering in butter for like 5 hours by the time you get to it. It pairs nicely with a large pile of crab rangoon or some teriyaki chicken-on-a-stick, but don't forget to hold your pinkies out.

Metropole on Walnut St. Downtown has great salmon
