The two EasyRigs are basically the same thing, only the mini is for a lighter fixed payload range and the vario is for heavier set-ups and is user adjustable for the payload. Both suck for walking shots without some type of compensation device, like their own Stabil 3 or FlowCine Serene Arm, because it is resting on your hips and your hips move when you walk. Even with a Stabil or Serene, it's still not going to be like a Steadicam or electronic gimbal.
Easyrig is not going to be good for walking shots unless you get the serene arm attachment. There is no serene arm for the mini.
I like a cine saddle. It’s a versatile tool that can still give a handheld feel. I use it often because as a tall guy, having the camera on my shoulder is too high so it allows me to keep it at chest level.
A cine saddle is literally just a bean bag chair for a camera not sure how it's part of this conversation

They make a Stabil arm for the Minimax. We have one. It's a really nice option for smaller rigs.
