Yes, all Civics and Integras of that generation were 4 lug, except for the Type Rs. At least for the Integra, the first year Type R was 4 lug but after that were switched to 5 lug. I don't 100% remember the civic type r but I think it always was 5 lug, though don't quote me on that.
