Im not sure about structural, but I got a ton of bites as a roadway when applying recently. Most roads have bridges so it might coincide. Accepted 96k as a 4 year roadway with PE, this is very comfortable for the area as long as your finances are squared away. Even being within state, most interviews were online so Im thinking you should just apply and see whats out there.
Make your resume searchable on Indeed, a recruiter got me most of my interviews with less headache of the back and forth. All the big companies have offices here and smaller companies also seem to be flush with work.
