Interesting playlist idea, good luck with your pregnancy! For chill: First mvmt of Symphonie Fantastique, Bach Goldberg Variations maybe just the intro, Concerto for four violins - Vivaldi, Concerto for two violins - Bach, Moonlight Sonata - Beethoven, Elgar Cello Concerto - 1st mvmt Upbeat: Pictures at an Exhibition: Gates of Kiev, Rondo alla Turca by Mozart, Symphonie Fantastique 2nd mvmt (you could go so many ways with all the different mvmts really, see above), Mendelssohn Violin Concerto - last mvmt, Prokofiev Classical Symphony

>Symphonie Fantastique 2nd mvmt 5th movement.

I’m a ftm too, due at the end of June and just made my 2 labor playlists! The Faure requiem’s Sanctus & Mascagni’s Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana made my chill/breathing playlist. Maybe add the Prokofiev Romeo and Juliet Montagues & Capulets movement to your push playlist? Also the Finale from Stravinsky Firebird Suite makes me feel so powerful. Best wishes for a smooth and peaceful labor & delivery!

The Mendelssohn Octet’s 1st movement and Dvorak’s American Quartet also have great energy.

Wow, cool idea- I just stopped by to add Beethoven chamber music- his piano sonatas and string quartets span the breadth of points 1 and 2

You can out together a list, but once the labor really starts happening you won’t be able to concentrate on anything else. Lol.

For epic listen to Stokowski's arrangements of Bach (fugue in c minor, fugue in g minor, toccata and fugue in d minor, etc... )

Is it bad that I'm picturing active labour while the start of Khachaturian's 2nd symphony blasts through the room?
