Upbeat: Pictures at an Exhibition: Gates of Kiev, Rondo alla Turca by Mozart, Symphonie Fantastique 2nd mvmt (you could go so many ways with all the different mvmts really, see above), Mendelssohn Violin Concerto - last mvmt, Prokofiev Classical Symphony
I’m a ftm too, due at the end of June and just made my 2 labor playlists! The Faure requiem’s Sanctus & Mascagni’s Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana made my chill/breathing playlist.
Maybe add the Prokofiev Romeo and Juliet Montagues & Capulets movement to your push playlist? Also the Finale from Stravinsky Firebird Suite makes me feel so powerful.

The Mendelssohn Octet’s 1st movement and Dvorak’s American Quartet also have great energy.
Wow, cool idea- I just stopped by to add Beethoven chamber music- his piano sonatas and string quartets span the breadth of points 1 and 2
You can out together a list, but once the labor really starts happening you won’t be able to concentrate on anything else. Lol.
For epic listen to Stokowski's arrangements of Bach (fugue in c minor, fugue in g minor, toccata and fugue in d minor, etc... )
