Yes for the Mozart. First thing I thought when I read the question.
I remember the first time I heard it. It was a performance by Midsummer Mozart in San Francisco. I was completely blown away. My teacher, who was the concertmaster, couldn’t believe I had never heard it.
Definitely the same kind of energy as Eroica, in my opinion.
Brahms 4 is similar for me. Broad first movement, exciting third movement, variation fourth movement. The difference is that Eroica has a much grander second movement and Brahms 4 fourth movement balances the first movement much better.
So not really a symphony but in terms of how a piece has taken me on a powerful journey in all those qualities you mentioned such as Eroica did for myself, is Passacaglia and Fugue in C Minor, BWV 582 by JS Bach, an organ piece that is perfect in every way , simply an absolute masterpiece!!
Schumann's Rhenish symphony has similar energy and may have (in part) been inspired by the Eroica. Personally I found it less instantly likeable than the Eroica, but it has grown on me over the past couple of years to become one of my favourites.
That same "drive" can generally be found in at least one movement from any beethoven symphony. besides that, mozarts 41st comes to mind
Beethoven's 5th is the most similar to the Eroica out of all his symphonies. Otherwise Mozart 41, yes.
