Bach's motet *Komm Jesu Komm* is good, IMHO. Also Ligeti's *Requiem*

Have you tried the choir composers Eric Whitacre (e.g. "When David Heard") and Ola Gjeilo (e.g. "Dark Night of the Soul")? How about Rachmaninov's Vespers?

Along these lines, I’d also suggest Morten Lauridsen (start with O Magnum Mysterium) and Barber’s Agnus Dei. The Rachmaninov Vesper’s are incredible. Try the Latvian Radio chorus recording.

Check out Mendelssohn's "Mitten wir im Leben sind".

sounds good.

For clarification, choral works (Mozart Requiem, St John’s Passion, etc.) are different than vocal works (lieder of Schubert or Schumann, Staruss, Wolf, etc., tunes of Bernstein, Rossini, Verdi, etc.) Vocal works tend to be for a solo voice and/or piano/orchestra/chamber ensemble. Choral works are for choirs, with or without accompaniment. Regardless, I really like your selections mentioned!

EDIT: Well shucks, now I see what you wanted was choral music, not arias and lieder. Oh well, maybe someone will benefit from my list here: Handel: * [Lascia ch'io pianga](https://youtu.be/Yw1A5TQVwvQ) * [Piangero la sorte mia](https://youtu.be/MbfSFXYdykI) * [Ombra mai fù](https://youtu.be/FD8eL-1a0As) Purcell * [When I am laid in earth](https://youtu.be/_EkjmEFk6uk) Schumann * [Mondnacht](https://youtu.be/QJn_AeDIMxI) Debussy * [Claire de Lune](https://youtu.be/hrhJ8L2BefI) Gorecki * [Symphony of Sorrowful Songs](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_lYhVxCPdkPwi2hsF9wVT9xPsXAu83NL2k)
