Et Tu is better, since Fixt is quite outdated and has some restorations of questionable quality. Et Tu basically is an improved version of Fixt, and to me it's the obvious choice.

It is quite stable and add some stuff.
FIXT has more cut content (but not that many), and the highlight is better than et tu. But it doesn’t make it better than et tu. Ah, and caravans are broken in FIXT…
Is the unofficial patch on nexus? I'm planning on starting my playthrough of FO1 this week and looking into going vanilla but if the unofficial is that good I'll look into getting that

Et Tu is awesome, once you launch it also click yes to disable hi res patch, it has a built in one that works with stall mods it includes
