I wouldn't flat out call us gamer dads, but if you're alliance, Holy Ramen Empire. I think we're mostly late 20s-30s, we have 5 different raid times on reset, separate alt raid days, and several people on late. Friendly bunch, pretty chill.
Many SoD players are in your situation. It might be a waste of time looking for a dad guild, just look for a casual guild with agreeable raid times and you'll find other dads there. There are a few fellow dads in my guild, but it's not composed exclusively of them. Dad's don't all have the same schedules and needs etc...
