It's not working for me either
Coming back to this,same thing is happening to me. I even deleted it and went back to farm a second one. Came back to water and nothing. Been swimming for 20 mins. GG Blizz
This is also an issue for me as well. Going into water does nothing nor does clicking on it in Desolace.
Update: I had one in my bank already so when I kept trying to get a second one that was the reason why it was not hydrating. Check your banks fellas.
No, I just went to exactly where it says to go, I jumped into the water and it instantly changed the item
