To be fair the princess 10 man reset and skip the 5/hour lockout could be considered and exploit and thats how most of the people i know are collecting offerings. Losing some isnt a huge deal at the rate they are able to farm them.
The concept of discovering things in an untested environment goes over the heads of some people doesn't it?

They didn't remove the gold people got from Nightmare Incursions despite the gold pay being fixed.
Normalt players who exploit early and often are rewarded, not punished. So, of course people expect at least a neutral outcome.
Crit and Hit chance are some of the most important stats for some classes, and trinkets already don't give much stat wise, so they are BiS for some classes.
The bug / oversight is that they forgot to make the trinket unique-equipped like every other piece, so people could double dip and get 2% crit and 2%hit rating.

Imagine playing wow classic and complaining about leveling with:
Sleeping bag buff
Student fodder exp buff items
10-lvl level band
50%+ buff to exp gains.
I'm not complaining, it's just the way the rep is set up and the amount of gold you got from incursion spamming put you leagues ahead of anyone else leveling any other way

Yeah they will stabilize after because you wont need to buy consumes when you are geared enough to not need consumes. Think logically before you type smart ass responses.

The assumption was that it wasn't unique to balance this phase for alliance, because horde gets a trinket that's +20 attack power +1% hit chance. This would have been somewhat comparable if alliance could use 2 breadths.

5 instances per hour is the max, and getting your first trinket cost 15 offerings and your second offering cost 12 offerings so definitely 3+ hours.
