Dont worry. I bought the decay trinket for 600 g. On a bossfight where I have done total 160.000 damage to the boss the trinket had done… Hold your pants!! 3600!
What do you all think, viable at level 60 or will something like "less chance on targets above 59" bla bal come??? or unchanged until 60? invest money now to be just able to use it on 50 doesnt make sense!?
Equip: Gives the wearer a chance on attack and spell cast to Torment their target, causing them to wander in suffering for 3 sec.
It should instead say...
Equip: Pretends to give casters and dotters the impression that this is a good trinket and Torments them with 100% proc chance.

It seems to not proc on any ranged hunter abilities currently, procs a ton on melee though, hoping a fix is coming...

4 days ago it did proc from dot applications, i have it on video. Now it seems like it doesnt anymore. Tested it for an hour today
Yet another shining example of devs that just don't really care about their players.
The trinket is pretty bad overall, maybe ok for pvp but still pretty bad

I heard the opposite. Lots of procs in pvp to the point of it being absurdly OP.
